butchered my hair. i have been getting my hair cut at the same todays cuts since i was 16. when i went in today the woman was so rude and i have curly hair and she didnt even wet my hair to cut it. everyione knows you have to wet curly hair especially when they have layers. so i came home and straightened it and it was all wrong. so i went back in and turns out she was the manager and has the nerve to tell me it was my fault it was uneven. so then she "fixed" it and it looked worse the second time around. then when i asked for a refund she laughted in my face and told me she was the only person i could talk to bc she was the manager and i wouldnt get a refund bc she didnt give me a bad haircut. i WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT…
