Botched Mother's Day Delivery | Horrible Customer Service.
I live in Greenwich, CT and ordered Mother's Day flowers from Lisa's Flowers for my Mom who lives in Bossier.
The flowers never arrived.
I just called to see what happened and it turns out that they wrote down BOTH my credit card number AND my phone number incorrectly. Instead of making good on the delivery and then sending an invoice to my address (or otherwise looking me up online...I have a public profile), they DID NOTHING.
When I asked what they were going to do to make this right, they said give us your credit card number and we will send her flowers. WOW. I will never again order from Lisa's Flowers.
Don't trust them with your important occasions either!
