Tips for Bayou Watch & Jewelry Repair

Extremely Disappointed. Terrible Service. I took my watch in for repair over 5 MONTHS ago. When I call to check on it (several times), I'm told " we're waiting on parts". When I ask if they've checked on when the parts are coming, they become rude and dismissive, essentially telling me "you'll get it when you get it". I'm so sorry I ever patronized this business. Bad service and bad attitudes.
