This spa was OK. I go to a spa at least once a month. So I have really high expectations...

I thought the lobby was cute, boutique-ish. The facility appeared clean (although very dark). But the robes were old and dingy.

My facial was ok, certainly nothing to write home about. And my mani and pedi were not good at all. Jade seemed indifferent about making sure I had a nice experience. (never mind getting my moneys worth). The pedi consisted of soaking my feet and rubbing exfoliating cream on my feet and legs and then painting my toes (no cleaning around or under the nailbeds or even trimming the cuticles). I could have done this for myself and saved a bunch of money. The manicure chipped after only a couple of days (again to trimming or cleaning around or under the nailbeds).

Over all - nothing fantastic, a little pricey (especially for what you get). Won't be going back, only because there are a zillion other options for me in my travels and I have been to far better for the same money or less.

THE CUISINE IS OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!. I WAS THERE SATURDAY FOR A PARTY AND STEVEN, (THE CHEF), WAS WONDERFUL...HE PREPARED THE SPA CUISINE AND IT WAS PERFECT....EVERYTHING WAS DELIVERED ON TIME AND WE DIDN'T HAVE TO ASK FOR ANYTHING.... HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE.... I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE WHO VISITS THE SPA TO HAVE LUNCH AND JUST LET THE CHEF PAMPER YOU... HE REALLY MADE ME FEEL LIKE A PRINCESS!!!! I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE.... THIS IS NOT ONLY MY ONE STOP SHOP, IT'S MY NEW HOME.....

I love this place. This was my first time going to My Spa My Way. I had my hair cut and styled by Meka Bennett. She is by far the best and most competent hair stylist I have been to, especially here in the Bossier-Shreveport area. I am a bit sad that I will be moving away from this area in a couple of months, since I just found Meka and she is amazing. My hair is normally thick and dense, but she made it look great! I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff was also very friendly, and I am definitely going back for a trim before I move away.

A must visit spot. I have been to many spas but this place is one that everybody must visit when in Shreveport. The staff was very friendly and professional, I want to bring them all home with me. I had an express massage from Charles and he was Great! my facial was done by Barbara and she was wonderful, Meka put on my eyelashes and when I got out of her chair I looked like a movie star. The food was to die for and the ambiance was very relaxing. Go and see for yourself, you will enjoy!
