Excellent in every way. I have just moved to Shreveport, and was beginning to think that dirty restaurants were normal. Then I found Moe's. It is exceptionally clean. The food was wonderful and the staff was professional and courteous. The manager and staff here are doing lots of things right. I was especially impressed that there was no trash anywhere around the outside of the restaurant. I will be back - many times!
