Water Works has serviced our home for
about seven years! We have always found them reliable and friendly - never any issues with the service at all.

Resolutions & Statement.
It upsets me that in today's society websites like this exist. CitySearch is a scam. It allows disgruntled individuals an outlet to openly ruin a company's reputation. Statistically speaking, consumers are more likely to place a complaint than write a positive review for any operation.
Both of the below listed instances were handled directly through our office and neither individual was required to pay anything upon completion.
“Gator’s” issue was a misunderstanding about project guidelines between Water Works and the builder who was actually completing the remodel. Water Works, a sub on the project, was told that the final bill would be sent through to the homeowner and the homeowner expected it sent through to the builder. In finalization it was sent through to the builder and the homeowner was not out of pocket at all.
“Resident’s” issue was handled poorly by a past employee, and in the end, was handled by management through the BBB. The issue was resolved, and again, the homeowner was not out of pocket a dime. The service they received was free as well, and the employee is no longer working at Water Works.
If CitySearch was an organization that was concerned about the companies for which it is designed to promote, issues like this would be resolved through discussion – not blatant attacks from individuals who are unhappy in one moment of life with a company that has now been in business for over eleven years.

They overcharge and don't honor agreements.
A technician came to my house for a problem with my irrigation system. He took 5 min to diagnose the problem, but said he didn't have the part on him and he would have to go back to the shop to get it. So because it was the end of the day he said instead he would come back tomorrow and fix it. I was charged an hour for the initial 5min visit when the technician didn't want to complete the job.
When they finally did the work the next day, the technician told me about a service agreement that I could sign up for that would include winterizing the system, getting it ready for spring, and a yearly walk through to make sure the system was working. My wife called the office the next day and signed up for the agreement with the secretary. During that conversation she also set up the yearly walk through.
After the walk through I got an invoice charging for an initial visit when the employee didn't want to finish the work, the actual work that occurred the next day, and the walk through. When I called to discuss the invoice, the secretary told me that the initial visit charge wouldn't be changed, and gave no good reason. She then told me that she had record in her computer of a secretary talking to my wife about the service agreement, but that the secretary didn't send out the letter in the mail to us so we were responsible for paying for the $90 walk through visit. (Oh and the $90 is broken down like this, $65 for one technician, and $25 for a helper. I was told by the secretary that the helper is a trainee. Why would I have to pay for a trainee?) When I told her that I would report the incident to the BBB if not rectified, she hung up the phone on me. Real customer service for you right there. I don't recommend anyone use this company

Scam.
We did a huge remodel project and our contractor chose Water Works. The work was poor. There were many dead areas. There was no foreman present during the work and they charged me $400 to show me how to use the system. I would not use them, and if I did I would get the price documented up front.
