Rude. I walked into their location on Youree Drive - Serenity Spa. The list of services stated they do waxing so I waited a few minutes and someone came out to ask me what I wanted and I said I need waxing done please. They said they dont do waxing anymore (even though they advertise or it) but they advised me to go to Happy Nails and they will be able to do it. So i went to happy nails and they told me yes they do waxing but if i could wait 15 minutes. And so I did. After 15 minutes they called me in and for some reason assumed I was doing an eyebrow wax. I said no I need my arms waxed. And they said they dont do that!!! I was so upset. I asked them why they made me wait 15 minutes! They said they are sorry but they can't wax my arms! DO Not go to this place as they are rude and advertise falsely.
