Horrible Experience from Home Again - Never Again!. Purchased a desk with attached hutch and 2 end tables from this company. Delivery drivers damaged walls at multiple points and 2 door frames. Carried desk in with hutch still attached. Hutch snapped off of desk while they were moving it in, tearing the wood apart and breaking 2 brackets. There is no way to secure the hutch to the desk now, creating a safety issue. Took photos of damage and took them to the store owner. Store owner accused me of lying (despite clear evidence in photos) simply because she has known the delivery crew for years, and refused to compensate or provide refund. I have filed a complaint with the BBB on this matter. Beware of consignment stores, move the items yourself, the furniture can be damaged by the delivery crew and no signature is required for acceptable delivery. Technically they could totally destroy the furniture and simply say "Tough luck! No Refunds!". Owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. Recommend staying clear of this "business".
