Don't be in a hurry at the Geek Squad service desk. It takes 6 employees helping 1 customer!!! And don't think you'll be acknowledged standing in line waiting for assistance either...it won't happen

Don't take their advice on Mac products. Do your research before, because most of the employees have no clue what you're talking about. And don't let them put any kind of Best Buy "upgrade" on it!
